Request (R):
A client’s or user’s inquiry to obtain information, guidance, or to request a service related to DLP Architecture & Design’s offerings.

Complaint (C):
An expression of dissatisfaction regarding customer service, staff behavior, or the delivery of any offered service.

Claim (C):
A request submitted by a client or user to correct a situation, enforce a contracted service, or seek compensation for a potential irregularity.

Note:
All RCCs will be addressed within fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with Law 1755 of 2015 (Colombia) and other applicable regulations.
