ABOUT US
Precision on paper, judgment in space.
WHO ARE WE?
A studio working on two tracks
DLP began as an architecture and interior renovation studio in Colombia. Over time, the same technical discipline that shaped our design work led us into a second area of expertise: producing architectural documentation and BIM deliverables for architecture firms, contractors, and project teams, including permit sets for U.S. jurisdictions.
Today, both sides of the practice work side by side. One client may hire us to transform an apartment, while another brings us in to produce a full drawing package that will ultimately be signed and sealed under their own license. The standard is the same in both cases: clear, accurate work that is ready to move forward.
We operate with a lean, responsive structure built to keep projects moving with clarity, sound judgment, and fewer layers between decisions and execution. Clients work directly with the team producing the deliverables, helping reduce coordination gaps, accelerate feedback, and maintain tighter control over scope, quality, and deadlines.
Our remote delivery model allows us to integrate seamlessly into each client’s workflow, adapt to different schedules, platforms, standards, and ways of working, and maintain consistent communication across locations. Distance is not a limitation to the project. We adapt to your pace, processes, and expectations to operate as a true extension of your team.

HOW DO WE THINK?
Four principles
Efficiency without sacrificing design
01
A small apartment or a poorly laid-out office doesn't need more square footage, it needs better decisions. We prioritize making the most of the space before making it look beautiful.
The detail is the job
03
A mis-dimensioned sheet or a badly named family costs hours to whoever opens the file. We’re obsessive about delivering work that arrives ready to use.
Nothing is left implicit
02
Scope, format, nomenclature, and dates are agreed upon before starting. Most problems in a project stem from assumptions no one wrote down. To begin editing the text, customize it.
We design for what comes after
04
We document and design with the building’s service life and the property’s value in mind, not just the photo taken on handover day.
WHO DO WE WORK WITH?
Three kinds of client
Studios and contractors
They need drawing and modeling skills without hiring. We produce, you sign and seal.
Property owners
They want to renovate their house, apartment or office tastefully and without having to be constantly monitoring the construction.
Investors
They seek to make a property profitable: spaces designed for rent and renovations that increase its value.
